At Easy Music Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
